Agents
Patrick is a 1999 graduate of Benjamin Logan High School, a 2002 Magna Cum Laude graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (B.S. in Aeronautical Science), and a 2014 Cum Laude graduate of Oklahoma State University (M.S. in Entrepreneurship). He’s also completed “Squadron Officer’s School” and “Air Command and Staff College” programs as part of the USAF’s professional development education. Additionally, he’s earned the Independent Rental Owner Professional (IROP) credential from the National Apartment Association.
After college, Patrick returned to Logan County in 2002, just as the new airport on the West side of Bellefontaine was being opened and taught folks to fly from 2002-2004. In 2004, he joined the United States Air Force. After graduating from Euro-Nato Joint Jet Pilot Training in Wichita Falls, TX, he chose to fly the B-1B Bomber. He flew the B-1B from 2006-2009, including one combat tour over Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. In 2016, Patrick brought his family back home for good and joined regional airline Endeavor Air, and the Ohio Air National Guard. In 2018 he was hired by Delta Air Lines. From 2018 to 2022, he flew multiple aircraft for Delta Air Lines across the US, Canada and Mexico. After serving 20 years as a Master Instructor Pilot and earning the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the USAF, Patrick retired in 2024.
He now regularly flies a Cessna Citation Latitude for Executive Jet Management out of OSU’s airport in Columbus. Patrick and Jenna also own and operate Peak Propane
Tyler was born and raised in Logan County and is a 2006 graduate from Indian Lake High School. Upon completion, Tyler enlisted into the United States Army in 2007 as a Military Police Officer. During his time with the Army, Tyler conducted Law Enforcement in Heidelberg, Germany and Fort Hood Texas, Personal Security Operations in Baghdad, Iraq, and a Joint Task Force Training Mission to Constanta, Romania to train and prepare their military for deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan.
Upon Honorably Discharging from the Army in 2012, Tyler went back to school full-time for Business Management & Leadership while working in property management locally. Upon graduating with a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Franklin University in Columbus, he accepted a job with Amazon to launch a new state-of-the-art facility in Jacksonville, Florida.
After a successful building launch with Amazon, Tyler quickly realized that he’d missed his passion for small business, property management and the direct business relationship with customers. He returned in early 2017 to help grow our business and has far exceeded all our expectations. Tyler and his wife are part-owners of P. Allan Properties and a big reason for our continued success! Tyler recently proved his depth of knowledge by earning the Certified Apartment Manager credential from the National Apartment Association.
Team
Jenna James, Owner
Jenna is a 2003 graduate of Indian Lake High School, and a 2005 Magna Cum Laude graduate of Franklin University (B.S. in Accounting). She’s worked previously as the Protestant Community Coordinator and Director of Religious Education at the Holloman AFB Chapel in New Mexico while they were stationed there from 2012-2016. Jenna also served previously as the Youth Director for Huntsville United Methodist Church.
Currently, Jenna is the Administrator at Midwest Corporate Air (located at the Bellefontaine Regional Airport) and serves as Councilwoman on the Bellefontaine City Council.
Patrick and Jenna also own and operate Peak Propane.
