Tyler was born and raised in Logan County and is a 2006 graduate from Indian Lake High School. Upon completion, Tyler enlisted into the United States Army in 2007 as a Military Police Officer. During his time with the Army, Tyler conducted Law Enforcement in Heidelberg, Germany and Fort Hood Texas, Personal Security Operations in Baghdad, Iraq, and a Joint Task Force Training Mission to Constanta, Romania to train and prepare their military for deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan.

Upon Honorably Discharging from the Army in 2012, Tyler went back to school full-time for Business Management & Leadership while working in property management locally. Upon graduating with a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Franklin University in Columbus, he accepted a job with Amazon to launch a new state-of-the-art facility in Jacksonville, Florida.

After a successful building launch with Amazon, Tyler quickly realized that he’d missed his passion for small business, property management and the direct business relationship with customers. He returned in early 2017 to help grow our business and has far exceeded all our expectations. Tyler and his tenacity for improving operations and taking care of all tenants’ needs is a big reason for our continued success! Tyler recently proved his depth of knowledge by earning the Certified Apartment Manager credential from the National Apartment Association.
