That one payment covers rent, water, sewer, trash, natural gas, electric, lawn care, and high-speed internet!

In each of our rental properties, the P. Allan Investment Realty team makes sure to take upfront maintenance precautions to save time and unneeded future repairs. However, we do understand that no matter how prepared we are, repairs will be needed at some point. That’s why we offer a mobile app for all of our residents to conveniently place maintenance requests. In the app, our technicians communicate directly with you to make certain you are kept up-to-date in the process and when the issue is resolved.
With our online payment system, your information is protected and is automatically withdrawn on the 1st of each month. There’s even an option to pay by debit/credit card if you choose; a small credit card fee may apply. The auto-draft checking payment is free of charge.
And, although we do think our technology is amazing and convenient, nothing takes the place of building relationships with our residents. You are most important to us, and we can’t wait to welcome you home!
