“I highly recommend P Allan Properties! They are very professional, friendly, and overall the best people I’ve ever rented from. It is super easy to make payments and make a maintenance request through their app. I love that the utilities are included in the cost (one less thing to worry about- finding all the companies for gas/water/electric). And they are pet friendly, which is the major thing we were looking for in an apartment. My husband and I came to Bellefontaine from Michigan and Oklahoma, so we didn’t know the area at all. Tyler and Josh have both been very helpful with all our questions and helped make us feel welcomed to the area.
